Customer data platform leader hires former Epsilon executive to guide customer strategy
Boston, MA– April 18, 2019 – QuickPivot, the customer database custom-built for retailers, today announced the appointment of Jake Hall as VP of Solutions Consulting. Hall is a talented marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience as a merchant and service provider.
In this role, Hall is responsible for the overall success of our customers, working closely to establish the right blend of services and technology for each customer. Hall will work hand-in-hand with our clients’ marketing and technical teams to understand their goals, budget and current skillset to ensure that QuickPivot provides them with maximum value. Hall possesses a wealth of experience in the retail sector, with specific competencies in direct, catalog and database marketing strategies.
Prior to his appointment at QuickPivot, Hall served as a Vice President at Epsilon. In this role he was responsible for client satisfaction, growth and profitability of more than 50 leading catalog and internet retailers. He worked closely with clients to understand their challenges and goals, and then helped to define and execute solutions across multiple delivery teams in the Epsilon organization.
